Paper presenters are required to download the PowerPoint template provided above and carefully read the following guidelines:

General information:

  • Presentation should be between 8 and 10 minutes (+ 5 minutes Q&A).

  • A maximum of 15 slides is recommended.

  • The order of the presentations is the same as indicated in the program booklet and website.

  • You may use your own laptop for the presentation (all rooms are equipped with USB type-C and HDMI connectors).

  • As a safety measure, please bring a USB key with a backup version of your presentation.

  • All presenters are required to test their presentation 10 minutes before the session starts (technical staff members will be in the room) and introduce themselves to the session chair.

Presentation tips:

  • Keep it concise: Stick to key points and research achievements and avoid information overload.

  • Engage your audience: Use compelling visuals and clear, structured slides.

  • Avoid reading directly from slides: Use them as a visual aid rather than a script.

  • Practice your timing: Aim for a smooth, well-paced delivery within the time limit.

  • Be prepared for Q&A: Anticipate potential questions and keep extra slides if needed.
